Her Connection Hub is a female focused coworking space located in Bellingham, WA. We provide a stellar coworking environment for entrepreneurs, business owners, remote workers and students.

We are looking for someone who has a positive impact on those around them, who is also driven and highly focused. While there is oversight and management of this position, we are also looking for someone who is self-directed, can follow instructions and doesn’t need to be motivated each day. Professionalism and attention to detail skill set is required for a successful experience.

This position works with a close-knit team on direction and overall vision of Her Connection Hub, then is self accountable for the tasks and responsibilities that follow. 

Job duties

Membership Care: Our Members are the life line of Her Connection Hub! They are the reason why we do what we do. Our goal is to make sure that each and every member feels seen, heard and valued. We take time to get to know them, who they are both personally and professionally and how we can best support them on their journey. We create an individual experience for each member, being able to balance the different personalities, needs, goals, and dislikes of every member at once. The Admin Specialist has eyes and ears on everything going on at all times. 

We use a tech system to manage memberships, invoices and reservations which needs daily oversight in this position.

While this position won’t be responsible for giving tours and getting people signed up for Membership, it will assist the Member Care Manager and the Director in the onboarding and welcoming of new members to our space. 

General Office Duties + Facilities Management: Our beautiful 20,000 square foot space has different needs from day to day including: 

  1. Ordering supplies
  2. Light Opening + Closing Duties
  3. Light Cleaning (Disinfecting, Trash, Recycling, run dishwasher etc.) 
  4. Stocking Supplies 
  5. Helping people with printing and scanning as needed 
  6. Collecting Mail
  7. Phone System: Answering calls and giving information accordingly
  8. Member outreach for feedback, requests + reviews. 

Other Job Duties:
We host events at Her Connection Hub a couple of times per month, both public events and member only events. The Admin Specialist is responsible for working with our Member Care Coordinator and Director in other various capacities such as;
1. Assisting in the coordination of internal events with team communication, set up, take down and other event details. 

  1. Assisting in the coordination of external events with communication, set up, take down, catering orders and other event details.

     

Simple website and system updates as needed with upcoming Community Event and information (we train you on how to accomplish this).

Social Media is a big part of our presence in the community! This position works alongside our Director to gather content and run Instagram, Google, Facebook Community, LinkedIn and Pinterest profiles. More profiles could be added in the future as we grow. 

The Administrative Specialist  will meet with the Executive Team on a regular basis with longer planning meetings dedicated to monthly and quarterly plans.

This is a full time position, Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00PM.
